These terms cover your use of PropwiseHQ — the platform your community uses to manage and collect payments. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
PropwiseHQ is a platform your estate, residents' association or apartment management uses to collect fees, levies and rent and to run related community services. By registering or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not register.
You get a portal login tied to your email. Keep your password private and change the temporary one after your first sign-in. You're responsible for activity under your account. Tell your community's office right away if you think someone else has access.
Please give accurate details (name, phone, email, house/unit number) and keep them up to date, so your statements, receipts and reminders reach you and your payments are matched to the right account.
Payments are collected through M-Pesa (and other methods your community may enable). The amounts you owe — service charges, levies, rent or arrears — are set by your community, not by PropwiseHQ. Always confirm a payment succeeded before treating it as complete; if a payment is delayed, allow a few minutes for it to reconcile.
PropwiseHQ is the platform that facilitates collection and record-keeping; it is not a party to the amounts owed between you and your community.
Use the service only for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to access other members' data, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted access. To the extent allowed by law, PropwiseHQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Kenyan law.
